Ship your entire heat exchanger unit to us and we will remove, clean, zyglow test and regasket your plates, frames and other components as well. After reassembly, your unit will be hydro tested on each side. Completed units can be reinstalled and put back in service with the assurance of leak-free operation in a timely manner.

NHE provides a full report on every unit serviced with details of the cleaning, inspection, and repairs; as well as, before and after pictures that will provide you with a maintenance history.
NHE has the right chemicals to match nearly any fouling and the right equipment for any size job. The appropriate chemical is heated to its proper cleaning temperature and maintained throughout the cleaning process.
