Hydrogen & Generator Air Coolers

Providing the ultimate in clean, NHE’s patented Hydrogen Cooler Cleaner (HCC) Unit is custom designed for rectangular coolers such as hydrogen, exciter and inter-coolers.

The HCC Unit is a self-contained cleaning vessel with a kidney loop filtration system, allowing cleaning solution to be continuously filtered and recycled. Dacron filter socks, with as small as one micron opening, capture waste. NHE disposes this non-hazardous, solid waste properly.

Coolers with lead solder attached fins may show a white powder on the solder joint, tubes, and/or fins.  This is lead carbonate and requires a special abatement procedure during cleaning. NHE incorporates an ultra-fine sand filter that traps and holds this residue, and can easily be emptied and disposed of properly.
