National Heat Exchange, through our patented shell-side cleaning process, can offer your facility the absolute cleanest, safest, most environmentally-friendly, and most effective heat exchanger cleaning method available anywhere.

Cleanliness - Your tube bundles are placed inside the MCC Unit's cleaning vessel where there is no chance for overspray, splatter, or run-off. The cleaning solution is continually processed through a closed kidney loop filtration system where all particulates are captured, then neatly disposed of. The MCC Unit is parked in a spill containment berm.
Safety - The MCC process is a totally enclosed self-cleaning unit. The cleaning is accomplished through a high volume (1,000 GPM), moderate pressure flow of a heated cleaning solution. Contrast this with traditional high pressure water blasting techniques and their inherent dangers. Even an open bubble vat offers potential dangers that our MCC overcomes. No fumes or vapors are present.
Environmental Benefits - Traditional high pressure washing methods can generate up to 23,000 gallons of contaminated water that you have to treat. With our patented process, on certain types of coolers such as Lube Oil Coolers, Boiler Feed Pump Coolers, Seal Oil Coolers, etc., we produce ZERO liquid waste. When we use an aqueous cleaning solution, we produce 93% less liquid waste that needs to be disposed of.
Efficiency - Our process can restore your heat exchangers to between 92% and 98% of their new efficiency. When the bundles are placed inside the MCC they are placed onto a series of rollers, then spray bars are setup, along the entire length of the bundle. Once setup is complete, the bundles are rotated continuously as they are flushed with 1,000 gallons per minute of cleaning solution that is heated to between 160°F - 180°F, removing even baked on varnish deposits all the way to the center of the bundle.
All things considered, the choice is clear. When you want it clean , think....NHECC!
